Only by reserving your optional tours, professional visits and evening social functions early you can secure space on those which you like to attend.

Due to a limited availability only early bookings can be honored.

onfirmation of your successful reservation will display on your screen once your completed form is submitted. All reservations will be handled on first-comes-first-served basis. You will receive your reservation confirmation; if not received within a reasonable time from submition please contact us.

Please make the payment via bank transfer or credit card. More details on payments here. All services unprepaid by the date shown on the invoice will be automatically released.

Originals of invoices will be handed out at the Tour Desk on site at the Annual Meeting.

Min. number of tour participants for tours and professional visits is 12.
ITC reserves the right to cancel tours and professional visits which do not reach this min. number.

Min. number of tour participants for evening functions is 40.
ITC reserves the right to cancel evening functions which do not reach this min. number.

Min. number of tour participants for post-conference tours is 10. 
ITC reserves the right to cancel post-conference tours which do not reach this min. number.

Payments in CZK (applies to American Express car payments) will be converted using the exchange rate 1 EUR = 25,55, the official conversion rate published by the Czech National Bank on January 8th, 2018, the date of launching this proposal.
